Veteran Nollywood actor Ken Eric and popular Kogi-born gospel singer Abigail Omonu have been signed as brand ambassadors of Amb. Gabriel Enemona Onoja’s Enemona Josh Humanitarian Foundation, paving the way for sporadic growth in the Kogi State creative industry.
On Monday, the official unveiling of the foundation took place at the Sandralia Hotel in Abuja, Nigeria.
The foundation’s founder, Amb. Gabriel, is best known for his humanitarian and philanthropic efforts not only within Nigeria’s borders but also in neighboring countries, according to a statement made available.
Ken Erics was signed as the foundation ambassador in a “seal to the deal” for the sum of twelve million naira only (#12,000,000), with plans afoot to ensure a formal endorsement deal with the prolific actor to provide a platform to interact and harness the talents of young people in the state across the three (3) senatorial districts.
Meanwhile, Evang. Omonu was signed for two million Naira only (#2,000,000), making a total of fourteen million Naira (14,000,000) deal.
The signing of the gospel singer will serve as a symbol of unity among Igala musicians in all fields.
Part of the event also witnessed the adorning of Gabriel Enemona with notable awards such as THE YOUNG PLATINUM LEADERSHIP AWARD OF EXCELLENCE presented by the Young Nigerian Women in Politics (YNWP) for his extraordinary leadership qualities and achievements and an award of recognition and appreciation by the DIVINE OTU GIRL CHILD EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION, for his support and contributions to the cause of girl child education in Nigeria, amongst a host of other awards.
