The former Kogi East All Progressive Congress Zonal Chairman, Hon. Ahmed Attah has thanked the governor of the state, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for offering him another opportunity to serve in a higher capacity in the party.

Expressing his gratitude via his official handle, Ahmed said, “I give Glory to God Almighty for His favours. And deep appreciation to my leader and mentor His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Bello for giving me yet another opportunity to serve at a higher level in our beloved Party APC.

“Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello is a Godly leader who never fails nor abandon his soldiers. Great quality of a great General indeed.”

He didn’t however reveal the new role he has been offered.

The Kogi East APC chieftain left office as zonal chairman untimely and was replaced with Hon. Nasir Alfa. It was said that the succession wasn’t on a happy note but the former chairman and the current chairman have been spotted on a few occasions together.
