Breaking: GYB Appoints Dr. Nuhu Amodu Ahmed Substantive Registrar of KSU

The governor of Kogi State, His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Bello has appointed a seasoned schoolman cum renowned administrator, Mallam Nuhu Ahmed Ph.D., the substantive registrar of the Prince Audu Abubakar University (PAAU) formerly known as the Kogi State University (KSU), Anyigba.

Dr. Nuhu whose appointment came at midday Friday holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration and has occupied several leadership positions in Tertiary Institutions of learning across the country as well as other Public Offices.

His appointment is described as a “great decision” made at the right time by the governor.

Governor Bello who was recently crowned as A Role Model of Education Development by the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ), appears to be committed to completely transforming the education system in the state as he is seen to be positioning capable hands in strategic positions for strategic roles across all higher institution in the state.

Dr. Nuhu who hails from Dekina LGA in Kogi State is expected to doctor development into the school as he is said to have garnered remarkable experiences working in an academic environment.
