Kogi State Polytechnic Lokoja has suspended a teacher for purportedly compelling understudies to purchase course readings before they would pass their assessments.
The Rector, Dr. Usman Ogbo spread the word about this on Thursday when he got President, National Association of Nigeria Students, (NANS) Comrade Sunday Asefon close by his company, on a kindness bring in his office.

Talking further, the NANS President said “Two years prior, whoever that is going through this government street, you will not know whether there is a Polytechnic here. However, today, things have changed. For you to change the organization from celebrated grade school to the 21st century Polytechnic is truly excellent.”
Asefon clarified further that, “it is on record that there is a minister throughout the entire existence of the country that prevented instructors from selling course readings and blackmail of understudies. This is the thing that we need as a result of the financial reality in the country”.
