CPS to Kogi Governor Gifts 100k To Artist Who Crafted His Portrait On Facebook

The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Kogi State, Onogwu Muhammed popularly known as Galacticus, has doled out a whooping sum of Hundred Thousand Naira (#100,000) to appreciate and empower a young man known as Ibrahim Enesi who crafted the CPS’ portrait photograph on facebook yesterday.

According to Onogwu, the artist got his attention after the young man dropped a comment on the CPS’ facebook post using a crafted art work which is the CPS’ portrait.

Onogwu appealed to his social media audience to help him locate Enesi for the financial reward.


The move by Onogwu to reward the young man has been greeted with ample applause from his large social media fan base as a lot of them have described it as a good gesture and a way of empowering young people to explore their talents.
