Bello Ambassadors Network (BAN) has sent a message of congratulations to Pharmacist Abdulkaream Asuku Jamiu, the Chief of Staff to the Kogi State governor, as he commemorates his third year in office, joining other well-wishers from around the state and beyond.
According to BAN, which is the largest young sociopolitical group in Nigeria, the choice of Asuku as the Chief of Staff was one of the many excellent decisions made by Governor Yahaya Bello.
The group highlighted that in addition to diligently serving the governor and playing a major role in the development of the state, the Chief of Staff has become a symbol of hope for young Nigerians.
In the statement signed by its national coordinator, Anthony Edogbo, BAN added that the Chief of Staff has taken on the role of being the voice of the youth and has also engaged other young Kogites in politics.
Asuku’s appointment, according to the group, let young Nigerians realize that they are the leaders of now and not only tomorrow. It commended governor Bello for the appointment.
The young pharmacist is said to be Nigeria’s youngest Chief of Staff. He has paid for education expenses, medical expenses, and massive empowerment of Kogites and people from other parts of the country through his humanitarian and empowerment foundation.
It is also thought that his efforts to the Yahaya Bello administration have contributed significantly to the many successes the administration has achieved over the past three years.
